CCSS the company was born in 1998 out of request from a social housing surveyor for help in maintaining a defunct door entry system. At that time, we were an electronic security subcontracting business but still decided to respond to this request, and thankfully was able to successfully repair the door entry system.
The surveyor was so impressed he started to use our services and share our contact details with his team.
The rest, as they say, is history, as to take on the work that was being passed to us, there was a requirement to create a proper trading company with the correct credentials.
Move on 25 years and the company directly employs over 115 people, develops its own talent via an apprenticeship program and still fixes defunct door entry systems as well fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, emergency lighting and any other electrical or electronic system connected to a life safety or security system.
We manage 1000’s of properties on responsive repair contracts for our customers which include Social Landlords, Local Councils, NHS Health Trusts, Train Operating Companies, Schools and Colleges, Fire and Rescue Services as well as retailers, catering companies and any business or end user that wants the best service and advice on meeting standards or upgrading older systems.
