24/7 ServiceCCSS operates an in-house call centre from 8.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Outside of the normal office hours all calls are automatically transferred to the dedicated phone lines within the NSI/NACOSS police and insurance approved central call centre, at East Midlands Central Station (EMCS). EMCS is an alarm receiving centre (ARC), where 4 members of staff are available to answer CCSS calls. Calls are directly passed to one of the engineers on duty for them to immediately deal with the urgent maintenance.
The CCSS Call Out policy requires a minimum of 2 engineers to be on call at all times. For any emergency call the engineer will be with the customer within 4 hours, for any other call the engineer will be with the customer within 4 hours of the time as agreed by the customer. |
