The Progeny Chameleon provides a low cost proximity based access control system with a level of functionality unheard of in this sector of the market. It is ideally suited for offices, schools, local authorities, Hospitals and leisure facilities. Chameleon can be used for both internal and external applications. Simple menu driven programming via the integral keypad makes this system simple to commission and operate. The system can use both low cost proximity cards and key fobs.
Chameleon consists of a proximity reader and a separate two channel controller with integral keypad. One channel is dedicated to the proximity reader and the other is used with the keyboard to provide code based secure switching or access control. Each channel has its own relay output.
